Welcome to our homepage. This site is dedicated to the early photographic days of Anglesey's towns and villages. Originally dealing with only the villages on the North Western side of the island, we were surprised by the interest shown in other areas. This being the case, we are slowly building up a database to cover the whole of Anglesey.

The majority of pictures are from old postcards, and this makes sense, as they were taken by the professionals of the day, capturing a split moment in the history of Anglesey's days gone past.

Because of their rarity and uniqueness it has been well worth the time taken to digitally re work these pictures back to their original condition a fact that we are sure will be appreciated by you , the viewer.
